In a recent report by E! Online, sources say that John Mayer has gotten botox…in his throat. Sources tell them that this was in an effort to help heal a condition that caused him to take up to 10 months off from his successful career.
“I thought I’d just take a pill and it would go away, but the problem got worse and worse, and grew and grew,” John said.
Dr. Zeitels from the UCLA Center for Voice medicine stated that Botox would be the best route to take for John’s treatment.
The procedure was a substitute for a very complicated surgery, Dr Zeitels recommendation was to take 17 units of Botox to completely shut down John’s throat, to allow it to heal naturally.
